Booking & Check-In

How do I check in?
Check-in is self-service with keyless entry. You’ll receive check-in instructions and directions to the property 24–48 hours before arrival.

What time is check-in?
You can check-in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. While we offer self check-in via smart lock, we ask that you arrive by 10:00 PM. This ensures that if you need assistance during check-in, we’re available to help. Support may not be available for arrivals after 10 PM, so please plan accordingly.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after your check-out.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the cleaning schedule. Message us in advance — fees may apply.

What's your cancellation policy?

• More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund

• 10–30 days before check-in: 50% refund

• Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund

Pets

Are pets allowed?
Yes, on a case by case basis. Well-behaved small to medium-sized dogs are welcome with pre-approval.

• $300 refundable pet deposit required before arrival

• Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning

House Rules & Policies

Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors.

What if something breaks or stops working during my stay?
Please contact us right away. We’re here to help resolve any issues promptly.

Are there any special house rules I should know?
Yes, we ask guests to:

• Remove shoes indoors

• Not move furniture

• Follow checkout instructions (like dishes and trash)
