No Shoes Inside
We are a no-shoes household to keep the inside free of dirt. Please do not wear shoes in the home and keep shoes by the door.
Security
Always ensure the front door is securely closed when leaving and entering.
No Outside Visitors
No outside visitors allowed on the property without prior permission.
Cameras
Cameras are exterior facing and cannot be adjusted without consent.
Smoking & Substances
No Smoking Inside
NO smoking of any kind inside the home. This includes cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, or any other substances. If you have items with strong odors, please leave them in your vehicle and do not bring them inside. Any evidence or lingering smell of smoking indoors will result in charges for deep cleaning, and any damages to furniture or lost income from impacted bookings.
No Illegal Substances
No illegal substances on the property.
Property Care
Furniture
Furniture must not be moved or adjusted. Moving furniture (beds, sofas, tables, rugs, etc.) may cause damage to the home and creates extra cleaning or safety issues.
Fireplace
DO NOT USE THE FIREPLACE. Please do not remove the heating device inside or attempt to burn firewood in the fireplace.
Grill Usage
If grill is used, please clean it after use and leave it in the same condition you found it. Be sure to turn off the propane tank when you're finished.
Proper Disposal
Please do not flush any sanitary wipes, paper towels, feminine products etc.
Trash Management
This home is in a mountain and rural setting. Please do not leave food or trash outside overnight, as this may attract wildlife. Be sure to clean up and properly discard any outdoor trash before coming in for the night or checking out.

Please wash off all dishes and then correctly place clean dishes in the dishwasher. No need to put dishes back on the cabinet shelves.
Please return the home to the condition it was in when you arrived, e.g., putting away any kitchen items used, returning items or decor moved to its original place, and leaving the space tidy overall.
Place recyclable items into the blue recycling bin.
Close & lock all the windows & doors. Ensure the front door is securely closed behind you when you leave.
Cleaning fees
Extra Cleaning Fee
A standard cleaning fee is included in your reservation to cover routine cleaning after your stay. However, if the property is left excessively dirty or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use (e.g., stained linens, spills on furniture or carpets, strong odors, excessive wall scuffs, pet hair on linens/furniture, not following checkout cleaning instructions), extra cleaning fees may be charged. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in leaving the space tidy upon departure.
